SynopsisUrutora Sebun、 UltrasevenHumankind has managed to venture into space. However、 this has led to many problems、 one of them being that Earth has become the target of extraterrestrial invasions due to interplanetary war. Since then、 numerous aliens have been secretly traveling to Earth. In response、 humankind establishes the Terrestrial Defense Force、 under which is launched the Ultra Guard、 an elite team comprising the very best members of the Terrestrial Defense Force. The Ultra Guard has difficulty solving an alien-related case、 but a youth named Dan Moroboshi helps the team solve the case. In recognition of his contribution、 Dan is allowed to join the team. Actually、 Dan is not a human being but Ultraseven、 an alien from Nebula M78. After joining the team、 Dan puts on his Ultra Eye、 a device that looks like a pair of glasses、 to transform into Ultraseven、 which is his original state、 and fights against vicious monsters sent to Earth by aliens. Together with the Ultra Guard、 Dan protects Earth from alien invaders and dangerous monsters.Ultraseven was created by Tsuburaya Productions and aired from October 1967 to September 1968 on TBS. The series was not just any tokusatsu superhero show; many parts of the story reflect aspects of real society at the time. In Ultraman Leo、 Ultraseven serves as the MAT leader and Leo’s teacher. The character also appears in Ultra series movies created after 1989. Ultraseven appears as Ultraman Zero’s father in the Ultraman Zero movie series launched in 2010、 showing his son the right path and、 on occasions、 saving him when he is in trouble. Ultraseven remains popular to this day.
