SynopsisZero no Tsukaima、 The Familiar of ZeroLouise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière is the third daughter of the prestigious noble Duke Vallière and goes to a magic academy in the Kingdom of Tristain located in a fictitious world called Halkeginia. However、 she is hopeless at magic; so hopeless that those around her call her “Louise the Zero.” Being a terrible magician、 she accidentally summons Saito Hiraga、 an ordinary high school student from modern-day Japan、 when casting a spell intended to summon a dragon or spirit as a familiar to serve her. Summoning someone from the modern-day world is unheard of、 and everyone makes fun of Louise for her blunder. As for the poor boy Saito who has been summoned to another world、 he has no choice but to serve Louise as a familiar to look for any clues as to how to get back to his own world. At first、 Saito is bewildered by his new life in another world、 running into a lot of problems. However、 he is gifted with the power of Gandálfr、 a legendary familiar and God’s left hand、 which enables him to skillfully wield any kind of weapon. Saito makes various achievements and、 gradually、 grows fond of Louise and wants to help her.The Familiar of Zero is a fantasy animated TV series based in another world. Based on the light novel by novelist and game scenario writer Noboru Yamaguchi published from MF Bunko J (2004– 2017)、 the series was produced by J. C. Staff and aired from 2006.
