Synopsis | Shokoshi Sedi、 Little Lord FauntleroyCedie is living happily with his parents in New York、 but one day his father James falls ill and dies. As James was the son of an earl、 Cedie becomes the sole heir to the earldom following his father’s death. Cedie and his mother decide to move to England. However、 Cedie’s grandfather the Earl of Dorincourt is a stubborn man who is feared by his tenants. Being a grumpy old man、 the earl does not allow his heir Cedie to live with his American mother and orders them to live separately. The earl holds a party to introduce his heir Cedie to aristocrats from across England、 and a woman named Minna attends the party with her son Tom. She reveals that she is the wife of the earl’s eldest son who is now dead、 thus declaring that Tom is the rightful heir to the earldom. The appearance of Minna and her child hits the news and is covered in American newspapers. Cedie’s friends in New York see this、 after which they obtain evidence proving that Minna is an imposter and head to England. Thanks to the help of his friends、 Cedie manages to foil Minna’s plan and gain recognition as the rightful heir to the earldom. Moved by the pure、 kind-hearted Cedie who earned the recognition of many people during the dispute、 the earl opens up and eventually accepts Cedie’s mother too.
