SynopsisHanasaka Tenshi Tenten-kun、 Ten Ten Kun In a world where every human is given a seed of talent called “saidane、” Hideyuki Sakura got a seed of a pickled plum instead of the saidane he was supposed to get because of a half-fledged angel Ten Ten’s carelessness. So、 Hideyuki was born without any talent. Hideyuki、 who has become a fourth grader、 has grown into a kind-hearted boy. But because he has no talent、 nothing ever goes right for him. Thus、 he is called “Damedame Seijin (a person from planet no-good).”God finds out that Hideyuki has no saidane. Then he takes away the halo from Ten Ten、 who is the cause、 and orders him to go find Hideyuki and give him his saidane. But if a person is given a saidane that does not suit him/her、 its effect will only be temporary、 and it will not remain in the person’s body. To find Hideyuki’s true talent、 Ten Ten tries all kinds of saidane and make them bloom. This work is made up of slapstick stories with talent and friendship as its theme. Although he is at the mercy of the selfish and cynical Ten Ten、 Hideyuki gets genius power temporarily by using the saidane. Through the events that happen in school and troubles caused by angels and devils、 he deepens trust with Torakichi Kikuzaki、 his best friend、 and Sachiko Yurikawa、 a beautiful girl and an honor student. He also nurtures friendship with angels and devils like Demomo、 a devil that reaps talents of evil people、 and Kyupi、 the angel of love. This program reaches its final episode without Hideyuki finding his true talent. But in the original comics、 Hideyuki’s true talent that was unrevealed in the anime is mentioned in the manga specially drawn for the comic book.
