SynopsisAnime Oyako Gekijo (outline)Dr. Asuka is hard working and an ardent historian、 researcher、 and scientist.Once he starts work、 he does nothing else. Always leaving family affairs to other members of his family、 Dr. Asuka is left by his wife、 who is fed up of him.Sho Asuka、 the doctor’s lonely son、 takes care of his dog Kichomu and his father while waiting for his mother to return someday. What keeps Sho going is his cute girlfriend Azusa Yamato、 who often visits him.One day、 the two come across a peculiar book while tidying Dr. Asuka’s library; when they open it、 the book suddenly starts shining. The book is a “Time Book”、 an item with the power to travel through time. Together with Zenmaijikake、 a toy robot that can only exist in the book、 Sho and Azusa go back in time to the age of human creation that is described in the ancient Old Testament.Sho and his companions travel back and forth between their era and the biblical world.Sho and Azusa meet God as well as great figures who appear in the Bible、 and travel through history with them. They get a glimpse of the ordeals of history、 including the life that Adam and Eve chose after eating the forbidden fruit、 the tragic tale of their sons Cain and Abel、 and the story of the ark that Noah built to save his family、 relatives、 and all species of animals from the Deluge that threatened to engulf the entire world.Having met many people and grown mentally、 the two return to their own era with the memory of the experiences of their travel to the time of human creation.
