Synopsis
Vaisu Savaivu, Weiß SurviveOne stormy day, the protagonist Takeshi and his childhood sweetheart Michi go to school to study for a test. They sneak into a library that nobody uses anymore.There, Takeshi finds some mysterious cards called Weiß Schwarz. Then, suddenly, something weird happens. The cards jump in the air and form a whirl of light, and the two are sucked into it.They wake up in an unknown world. It is a magical world where you create your own path by competing in duels that involve combining and battling with trading cards that each have different points and values. What is Weiß Schwarz, the key to returning to their own world? Will Takeshi and Michi survive? The two plunge themselves into an intense and deadly struggle to solve the mystery.Weiß Survive is a short television anime series created by Studio Hibari in 2009. It is based on a card battle game that was featured in the “Puchi Anime” section of TBS’s variety show Card Gakuen. After the first season ended, a second season titled Weiß Survive R aired from 2009 to 2010.Weiß Survive is based on a manga developed from the popular trading card game series Weiß Schwarz, which features a variety of anime and game characters created by Bushiroad Inc. The manga by Takuya Fujima was serialized in the free magazine Bushiroad TCG Magazine.
