| Synopsis | Yusha Raidin、 Brave RaideenThe Demon Empire、 which long ago attempted to invade the Mu Empire、 awakens from its 12、000-year slumber、 and large earthquakes begin to occur all around the world.Following this occurrence、 the demons come back to life in the modern world in order to complete their mission of creating a demonic era.Just after the earthquakes、 a boy named Akira Hibiki is led by a mysterious voice calling him and heads to the Mu Seaport alone.On his way there、 Akira discovers a shining gold colossus in a pyramid that appeared from the sea and chants the words he learned from the voice that led him.Then、 the colossus assumes vivid colors and leads Akira into its body.Akira wakes up inside the colossus and learns that it was a giant robot named Raideen、 created by the ancient Mu Empire in order to confront the demons.After that、 Akira rides Raideen and defeats some demons that were assaulting his father Ichiro、 who was out at sea investigating a mysterious energy called Mutronium.Akira then makes up his mind to fight against the Demon Empire to protect the ones he loves.During the fight、 Akira learns about the ancient history of the Mu Empire and Demon Empire、 that he is a descendant of Emperor Ra Mu of the Mu Empire、 and that his mother was Ra Mu’s daughter Lemuria、 and becomes conscious about his destiny as Raideen’s pilot.In the final battle、 Akira uses Mutronium in the fierce struggle with Emperor Barao、 the demon leader with ambitions to create a demonic era、 and manages to defeat him.The world is saved from destruction thanks to Lemuria、 who decides to save the world by sacrificing her own life in order to enable Ra Mu’s power to be freed.Full of hope for the possibilities of the new world left to him by his late mother Lemuria、 Akira makes a solemn promise to her that he will protect the future together with Raideen. |
